Heath Hickok for City Council District 4

As your city councilor, I will represent the community to the best of my ability. I’ll stay informed about issues at all levels and be a progressive advocate for results.

My focus is to serve the public by understanding an issue before making a decision. I’ll talk with the citizens in Lincoln Park, Piedmont, and Duluth Heights to gain that knowledge.
My door will always be open and I look forward to the conversations we’ll have. I’ll be available and will listen to your needs because I believe that better communication is better business.
Let’s build a better tomorrow by making decisions that lead to better results.
The issues of today are many and all need to be addressed. Through open communication, I’ll understand these issues and learn how to address them best.
I’ll talk with businesses to better understand economic development opportunities. I’ll talk with agencies working in our neighborhoods to better understand community development issues.
I’ll talk with you about what’s important for your family… and when I’m elected as your city councilor, I’ll continue to seek that input.
Let’s build a better tomorrow by developing business opportunities that create more jobs.
I want to help businesses succeed while attracting others to relocate here. We need jobs in Duluth and we need them now. I’ll create jobs and expand our economic base by presenting the benefits of doing business in Duluth.
Economic development is a high priority of my campaign because it impacts our city in many ways. Better business creates more jobs… Jobs create more tax revenue… More tax revenue increases funding for city services.
Let’s build a better tomorrow by spending your tax dollars in ways that enhance your quality of life.
We need to invest in our city’s future by improving the infrastructure. Duluth's streets and sidewalks have been neglected for far too long. These investments will have a positive impact on your quality of life.
As executive director of the Lincoln Park Business Group, I've gained experience in economic development and illustrated my passion for community development.
Through my role as a community leader, I helped save the Harrison Community Center. Now, residents have a safe facility to enjoy for years to come.
As your city councilor, I’ll be a thoughtful advocate for you and your family while representing the needs of the entire community.
I ask for your support in this campaign and for your vote in this election.
Better business, better decisions, and better results.
Let’s Build a Better Tomorrow… Today!
